The Hati Dance is an entertaining dance performed by the Jaunsari Community of Uttarkahand State. This dance is performed on the festive occasion of Diwali. In this dance, an elephant is prepared in wood and the chief of the village sits over the elephant and performs the dance. During the performance, he uses the sword which is quite interesting. Both male and female members participate in this dance.
