The Department of Tribal Affairs participated in the 2019 Hornbill Festival under the Scheme of Tribal Research Institute(TRI) Ministry of Tribal Affairs Government of India. The cultural troupes from 16 Naga tribes participated in the 10 days festival (1st-10th Dec 2019) .
