Adirang Utsav program was organized by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence from 23 to 25 October 2021 in the playground of Government Excellent School, Balaghat. This three-day event ended on 25 October2021 .
Gudum Baja is a very traditional instrument of the tribals living in Dindori, Mandla, Anuppur and Shahdol districts of Madhya Pradesh. Gudum Dal is called with great respect in tribal society. The Rituals of Gudum tribal Society are played by the men of Dhulia tribe on occasions like Manglik festivals and Teej festivals. The accompaniment of Gudum Baja is Shehnai, Manjira, Dafla and Timki. Gudum starts with the Dhun Dagarchali followed by Lavani, Daud, Gumak, Taalbanc and Lahki tunes respectively.
