Adirang Utsav program was organized by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India under the Amrit Mahotsav of Independence from 23 to 25 October 2021 in the playground of Government Excellent School, Balaghat. This three-day event ended on 25 October2021 .
The Saila dance is a folk dance and is performed during the post-harvest season. Saila is a stick dance that is famous among the people of Sarguja, Chhindwara, and Baitul districts of Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
