About type of art
The Tribal Research and Development Institute had earlier published a book based on paintings titled 'Tribal Painting Crafts' in the year 2017, in which some major paintings of Bhili, Gondi, Baiga and Oraon tribes have been compiled. In the presented book, only representative paintings of Gond tribe have been compiled, the total number of which is 115. These paintings were carved in a week-long workshop organized in the year 2019 in which 40 participants participated.
